It’s in quiet mornings, shared laughter, and unplanned moments that a house truly becomes a home. After a long absence since December 2023, Zaya Developments, the well-established Egyptian real estate company, has returned to Greater Cairo’s outdoor spaces and digital screens, launching its new residential project, hom., which is designed for moments that feel genuine and lived.

The billboard captures family intimate moments, using soft, illustrated visuals and calm color palettes, such as one visual shows a mother and her daughter cooking together, emphasizing warmth, bonding, and nurturing routines, another one shows a father and child relaxing and playing, reflecting comfort, leisure, and playful connection, besides one visual displaying a highly designed, modern building. These scenes are deliberately ordinary, emphasizing that genuine happiness at home arises from simple, everyday moments. Alongside the Arabic tagline on the billboard, “Real moments… lived,” including the English line “Harmony of moments,” ties the visuals together; it emphasizes that real moments are lived, not staged.

The campaign presents hom. across Great Cairo D/OOH spots as more than just a residential project; it’s a place where genuine human moments come together daily in harmony. It shifts the focus from real estate features to emotional living, emphasizing how a home becomes meaningful through shared experiences.
